The Villefranche Tourist Office is located at Jardin Francois Binon (use walking directions; it's up about 3 levels of steps from the harbor area). It is open from 10 am to 6 pm.
The train station (gare) is a five-minute walk from the apartment.
Go to the right when exiting the apartment and up a small hill.
If yours Apple Maps for directions, put in the name of the town you want to go to and click the public transportation button. It will tell you the time for the next train/bus.
You have to know which side of the tracks to go to. That depends on where you are going.
Veer left and up another little hill for trains going to Monaco, Menton, Vintimillie (in Italy), etc.
Go to the right for trains to Nice, Cannes, Antibes, etc.
